I've been crafting since early childhood when my mother taught me to sew and cross-stitch, my grandmother taught me to crochet and some painting techniques, and my grandfather taught me to work with wood. I grew up fascinated with making things by hand.

I started to seriously get into making jewelry several years ago when some of my online friends talked about making rosaries and pointed me to a rosary making supply site. Because of my love of gemstones and crystals, my first rosaries were made totally out of gemstone beads, combined for their metaphysical purposes. Before long I was using my new skills for working with wire and beads to make necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.

Luna Rose Creations jewelry is meant ot be more than just pretty accessories. Every one of a kind piece is designed and hand made by me. I only work with gemstone, glass, and metal. You will never find a plastic bead in any of my creations. I carefully choose beads based on metaphysical properties of the gemstones and the metaphysical and psychological effects of colors so that the end result is a piece that brings positive energy to the wearer.
